You might carry a sense of responsibility for others’ feelings, struggle with self-criticism, or wonder if it’s okay to take up space. Guilt, shame, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion may keep showing up despite your efforts to change. You want to feel steady in who you are, trust your instincts, and have relationships that feel safe and mutual—but navigating the impact of your upbringing can feel overwhelming and lonely. I help women recover from the impact of growing up in emotionally inconsistent or invalidating environments and create lasting change. Together, we’ll work with early experiences that still shape your thoughts, feelings, & relationships, while building skills to manage emotions, set boundaries, and engage in relationships with confidence and clarity.
