Rooted in Existential Humanistic psychotherapy, cornerstones of my practice are relational healing and empowerment through self-knowledge. By being in healthy, authentic connection and communication with others we can discover more about ourselves and heal wounds of disconnection. Connection to our Selves, and to others in a fulfilling way is critical to mental wellness and life fulfillment. Somatic Parts Work is incorporated to support empowerment, healing and wholeness.
