I am a trauma-informed therapist who has a heart for working with clients experiencing big emotions and life transitions. I support my clients in working through challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity development, relationship issues and trauma. In therapy sessions, I use an eclectic approach to tailor therapy to my client’s goals. I am passionate about providing a safe space for my clients to be their authentic selves. I prioritize empathy and building a strong therapeutic relationship, so my clients feel seen and heard.
