Finding a counselor can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make the process feel a little less intimidating and a lot more human. I work primarily with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, with a special focus on youth who are struggling with anxiety, anger, grief, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I have extensive experience supporting young children and teens who may have a hard time opening up, expressing emotions, or trusting the process. I meet clients where they are—no pressure, no judgment, and no expectation to have the “right” words. My approach is collaborative, strengths‑based, and trauma‑informed.
