Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my Masters of Social Work from California State University, Northridge and have been practicing for 7 years. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and postpartum. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, and find hope. In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental space where we'll begin to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your concerns, and discuss your goals for treatment. This initial session is an opportunity for you to share your story, ask any questions you have, and for us to start building a trusting therapeutic relationship. It's a collaborative process.
