I am a Board Certified psychotherapist. Many clients simply need help in handling a family or personal crisis, or guidance through a transitional period in their lives. I encourage goal setting, specific objectives, strategies and time frames. I also have extensive experience responding to the needs of women, men and couples who are having difficulty juggling family, finances, work stress and intimate relationships.
