I feel so grateful and excited to be a part of creating a safe space focused on respecting each client’s autonomy while supporting their healing process. My goal is to meet each person where they are while providing a safe, curious, and compassionate approach. I meet with clients who have experienced trauma (including spiritual trauma), are experiencing anxiety and depression, are struggling with eating disorders, are wanting a space to process their identities, are neurodivergent (specifically those that are late identified Autistic) and/or want to explore and process their spirituality.
