My therapy room is a safe, judgment-free space to unpack everything that is happening in your life. It's a space that honors your experiences and affirms all of the parts that make you, you. I want to get to know the real you and empower you to build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I support individual adults and relationship dynamics of all kinds - whether that's a triad, polycule, couple or professional partnership. I specialize in working with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ related challenges, workplace stress, attachment wounds, and/or complex relationship dynamics.
