I work with adults who are ready to let go of unhelpful patterns and move toward meaningful change, even if they’re not yet sure where to begin. In our work together, I emphasize personal agency and the understanding that while therapy offers guidance and support, lasting change requires an active willingness to engage in the process and take responsibility for one’s own growth. I am a relational and thoughtful therapist, and I believe real change happens within a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood, supported, and challenged at a pace that feels sustainable.
