Welcome! My passion is centered on working with individuals struggling with a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, women's health and trauma. I am certified in perinatal mental health which involves helping women and men address a variety of issues related to infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and challenges with parenthood. I place a major focus on providing compassion and empathy in the work I do and creating a safe comforting space.
