I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Warren, Arkansas. I have been working as a counselor, for 12 years. I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with both adolescents and adults, and specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety/stress, communication and relationship issues, and self-esteem, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness approaches.
