My clients are predominantly folks who are experiencing ADHD, interpersonal relationship challenges, infertility or challenges in motherhood/parenthood. I believe therapy works best when it feels like teamwork, with practical tools you can start using right away. As a mom with ADHD myself, I know how overwhelming life can feel at times. I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. I love helping people feel more grounded, connected and confident in their relationships and themselves.
