I specialize in offering long-term therapy to those who have had long-standing issues. I've worked with parents and children together, teenagers struggling with their life stage, adult couples, and individual adults who are ready to learn skills to help them manage what they've been dealing with for a long time. I'm not a very formal person. I bring a more relaxed approach, with high collaboration.
