I have diverse experience in various therapeutic settings including crisis counseling, school-based therapy, and outpatient therapy. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and together we can work to help you achieve your life goals. I am certified in trauma therapy, and I help adults dealing with the stress of everyday life. Whether it be depression, anxiety, trauma, or major life changes, I am here to help. I also help victims of racial inequality, those dealing with self-esteem issues, & individuals who are having difficulties moving forward in their life journey.
