I strive to create a safe, supportive space where my clients can explore their stories, feelings, and relational patterns without judgment. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and trauma informed. I enjoy tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual, couple, or family. I am deeply committed to helping my clients build stronger, more fulfilling connections with themselves and their loved ones. I gained my experience at a non-profit clinic where I was rigorously trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. Additionally, I draw on principles from The Gottman Method to support clients in learning more effective methods of communication as well as deepening their emotional connection.
