I work with children (2 years+), teens and adults providing therapy to those struggling with challenges in their life. Such challenges could be anxiety, depression, adjustment, school issues, abuse, neglect, PTSD, trauma, grief/loss, divorce, and life changes. In addition to your typical talk therapy, I also provide art therapy, EMDR, therapeutic play and sandtray therapy. As a therapist practicing in different environments, I have built my knowledge to specialize in various areas to meet the challenges that people face in their daily lives. My main goal as a therapist is to help you along the way to reach your goals by guiding you on the road ahead so you can make the changes and be who you want to be.
