As a Clinical Psychologist in private practice with children, adolescents, and young adults for 25+ years, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and managing ADHD, sensory processing and social skills. We use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, including exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy and practice facing fears, at a pace that's tailor made! Treatment includes clarifying the problem and diagnosis, teaching skills and coaching. Parents are included in treatment, including parent coaching. I am passionate about helping sensitive clients calm their brains and face their fears!
