Together we will explore experiences that shaped your perception of yourself and how you fit in the world. My goal is to provide you a safe space for you to show up authentically and navigate current challenges. We will work together to help you heal yourself. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and that transparency is an important part of the process. I have been working in mental health for over 15 years. I specialize in recovery from trauma, learning to effectively cope with anxiety & depression, improving interpersonal relationships, navigating thought & mood disorders and also learning to overcome issues from addiction. IFS level 2 trained. EMDR basic training. Certification in Trauma Counseling.
