Welcome! If you are struggling (relationally, socially or emotionally) and need to know that you are going to be okay, you are in the right place! My goal is to provide a space where you can feel seen, heard, and validated in your unique life experiences. Through the healing journey, you will have the opportunity to process experiences in an adaptive manner, as well as learn helpful coping skills to enhance your overall emotional well-being. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. My therapeutic approach is to integrate holistic, trauma-informed, and evidenced-based treatments into the counseling process. We will work collaboratively to learn and implement new and adaptive coping skills. I also have specialty training EMDR, Advance Grief Counseling and DBT.
