Has it been difficult to concentrate and perform your usual tasks and activities? You are not alone. I understand it can be a bit much and I am here to help. I have extensive background and experience working with individuals of all ages, adults, children, adolescents providing individual, family and group therapy in outpatient, inpatient, in-home settings as well as negotiating conflict and stabilizing crisis onsite. I utilize variety of treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Circle of Security Parenting, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Strategic Family Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Anger Management, Active Parenting, and specifically for trauma/abuse, TF-CBT, Child Parent Psychotherapy and EMDR.
