I work with clients who come to therapy for a variety of reasons. I work with children and teens to help them navigate life, emotions, and impulse control. With adults, I focus on helping adults work through life stages, including anxiety, depression, and more. I also work with couples who are dealing with communication issues, trust, and working through relationship growing pains.
