I have the privilege of serving clients from many diverse backgrounds. I work with an exceptional multidisciplinary team to help patients who are coping with substance abuse. Many of our patients have not seen a medical provider in years & suffer from uncontrolled physical & psychological illnesses. Patients come to us because their addiction has isolated them from family & friends. Many are unable to find stability in their lives due to substance abuse. We formulate a care plan that is patient centered to help patients meet their anticipated goal. We often surpass patients’ goals with the intense treatment they receive at Woodlake.
