My therapeutic motto is, "All feelings are welcome here." Sometimes the things we're feeling are hard to make sense of and talking about those feelings can be hard. Often we can feel as though our providers aren't hearing us or providing us with the space we need. My goal is provide my clients with a nonjudgmental, calm, and safe environment to explore those emotions. I hope to be part of your journey through healing and help you find your truest, best self. I have been fully licensed since 2017 and have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
