I am passionate about working with women who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or are going through transitions in life. I often work with teen and adult women who experience self-doubt and school, work, or relationship-related anxiety and long to learn healthy ways to cope with difficult feelings. I have over six years experience working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, relationship and family stress, religious trauma, and more. I have also worked with clients who are simply looking for a safe place to process life and better understand themselves with a neutral and non-judgemental person they can trust.
