My goal during sessions is to help support you in an unbiased, non-judgmental, open-minded environment, where you are validated, listened to, and better understood. I ask clarifying questions to help create a mental image of your experiences from an empathic approach. We will work together to explore perspectives and develop additional coping strategies, building upon areas of strength.
