As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my strengths are working with couples, individuals, families, military personnel and business professionals. I am successful treating clients who are adjusting to life transitions, work related stress, anxiety and depression. My approach to psychotherapy is a collaborative holistic wellness model which highlights and builds on the clients' strengths. My philosophy is simple, I listen to what my clients are saying and then together we come up with therapeutic goals that lead to solutions. I use my education, clinical training and life experience to help clients solve very complex problems.
