The therapeutic relationship is a sacred space in which to support clients in a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment so that they can develop insight and evolve. I believe this is accomplished through identifying triggers and stuck points, exploring strengths, developing healthy coping skills, and processing stressful and traumatic life events.
