In my therapy work I work with individuals, couples, and teens with various areas they would like to see improvements. Some areas of difficulty I work with include simple and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self- esteem, communication skills, family difficulties, life transitions, and relationship patterns. I aim to meet you where you're at and support you in interrupting harmful patterns, increasing healthy communications, and creating meaningful goals. I strive to assist you in discovering, accepting, and implementing your best self.
