About
If you or your child is anxious, feeling stuck, struggling with OCD, or acting out, you are not alone. I understand how overwhelming those spirals of worry or behavioral struggles can feel. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space tailored to your unique needs. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP). I blend structure with flexibility—helping clients build skills that work right now, while addressing underlying patterns. View 5 Photos I help children, teens, parents, and adults navigate anxiety, OCD, behavioral challenges, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore your goals, values, and problem areas together. You’ll gain practical tools along with deeper understanding of what keeps challenges going.
