Hi there, I'm Amber! I’m here to create a safe space for you to explore your life and the things you’d like to change within it. I’m a musician, mom, wife, feminist, and geek, and each of these identities helps me connect with my clients on a deep and authentic level. I’m trained in DBT, CBT, and EMDR, and use techniques from music, gaming, and geek therapies. We’ll work together to create the perfect mix of approaches that resonate with you and use them as needed to make sure you always feel seen, heard, and supported.
