I think every person is capable of living a joyful and meaningful life and sometimes things get stuck in our way of experiencing life how we would like. I think that’s a good place for therapy to enter the picture and I welcome the opportunity to assist you in your journey. My practice is trauma-informed and rooted in relational and attachment psychodynamic theory and critical liberation theory: I deeply value the clinical relationship in therapeutic work and am dedicated to working from a social justice perspective. I also deeply value humor; this work is hard, but it doesn’t mean we can’t find purpose and joy in the process.
