Starting therapy can be frightening, which is why I believe that building rapport and getting to know my clients is the best way to support them in the important challenges they are facing. I meet my clients where they're at to support them and help navigate through challenges in a therapeutic manner. I believe psychoeducation and coping skills are powerful tools of change, which is why I incorporate them into the safe and empathetic space I foster, along with DBT, CBT, ACT, MI, and Socratic questioning. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and live a happy and fulfilling life!
