Have you ever just felt so alone or so lost and need some extra help getting back on track? Is your child having issues at home or school and needs someone to talk to? If so, you are in the right place. I am a therapist at CMS Counseling and I enjoy working with clients of all ages with whatever struggles they may be going through. I have experience with clients aged 3 to 80+ dealing with PTSD/trauma, ADHD, anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, and more. Every person is different and I believe that counseling must be an open and flexible process that caters to each individual. I am able to use anything from an interactive/hands-on approach to a more person-centered approach with those who just need someone to listen.
