In my work as a therapist, I help clients cultivate self-compassion, acceptance, and embodied awareness as pathways to personal empowerment. With a relational focus, I work with individuals who want to deepen self-awareness and understanding, strengthen the body–mind connection, and find greater emotional balance. My focus includes working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, disordered eating, chronic illness, self-esteem, postpartum mood disorders, and work or academic stress. I support clients navigating relationship challenges and complex family dynamics, as well as life and career transitions and healthy parenting.
