Through Internal Family Systems therapy, we’ll work together to break free from unhelpful emotions and behaviors, finding harmony with all the intricate parts of you—even the ones you might see as unlovable. I am proud to have completed the Internal Family Systems Institute Level 1 Training which creates the foundation of my therapeutic practice. Additionally, I am Level 1 trained in The Gottman Method and utilize building blocks from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Existential therapy to guide my practice.
