I work with individuals, couples, and families (ages 11+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions. Therapy offers a supportive space to restore balance, gain insight, and reconnect with what matters most. I support clients who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and live with greater intention and authenticity.
