My ideal client is someone seeking greater clarity and stability as they navigate life’s challenges. I support individuals primarily ages 12–70 looking to build effective skills for managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, neurodiversity, chronic stress, grief, bipolar, relationship issues, gender identity development and impacts of adverse childhood experiences. My goal is to help clients respond to life in ways that feel grounded, intentional, and aligned with their values.
