My therapeutic approach is characterized by compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes. I am a licensed mental health counselor LMHC. I am an ATR (Registered Art Therapist) credential. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a psychotherapy treatment designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. I am able to supervise LMHCA's in Indiana.
