Welcome! I am an LCSW licensed in New Jersey & Pennsylvania with 14 years of experience in the field. I have my Bachelor of Arts in elementary education & history from Hofstra University and my Master's in Social Work from Temple University. I have worked in a variety of settings including crisis, inpatient, community mental health & private practice outpatient. I believe everyone's journey through therapy is unique and sometimes the most difficult step is getting started. My goal is to establish a strong rapport with clients through a strengths-based, genuine, and nonjudgmental perspective. Utilizing an eclectic approach with evidence-based practices, I partner with each client to explore symptoms and establish treatment goals tailored to your needs.
