I offer psychodynamic therapy utilizing a holistic approach to care. I enjoy working with individuals and couples and have a personal passion for the LBGTQ+ community. I serve ages 18 - 100+. Helping people identify what they are experiencing and providing education, tools, and resources facilitates learning, growing and changing. Goal directed therapy promotes improved sense of power and control and can increase feelings of self-esteem. Assessing how the whole person is feeling and functioning allows for more expansive personal growth in a shorter course of care. I look forward to helping you to feel better fast!
