I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative space for individuals to explore life’s challenges. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT, while remaining trauma-informed and culturally responsive. I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and practical, and I partner with clients to help them build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at their own pace. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship.
