Connections are the key to life. At our most primary level, humans are wired for connection. I specialize in working on these connections and relationships through individual, couples or family work. I want to connect with you to help you feel comfortable & ready to begin working toward healing. Together, we will create a safe place to help you understand how your experiences from childhood to present have affected your thoughts, feelings and actions. Once you can see why you do the things you do I work to empower you to find new ways to build resilience to cope, communicate or connect with others.
