I am a psychotherapist and certified trauma counselor who is passionate about supporting people as they work to heal from past and current traumas and build the life they desire. I assist people to create a safe space for individuals, couples, and families so they are able to build resilience and discover what is preventing them from building the lives they dream of. Using a collaborative process that focuses on each individual as a whole person to find balance, feel empowered, and build confidence within themselves to create a life worth living.
