I am a licensed clinical and health psychologist. I have expertise in using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients make changes in their lives. Using this goal-driven and skills-based approach, I work collaboratively with clients to set treatment goals, provide structure, teach skills, and help them create behavior change. This approach is best suited for those struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, perfectionism, difficulty with negative emotions, OCD, and general stress management. I also specialize in working with clients with pain, cancer, insomnia, and other chronic medical conditions.
