About
Taking the first step toward seeking support takes both courage and vulnerability. Reaching out can be especially difficult, particularly as we navigate today’s complex and often overwhelming challenges. Everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, validated, and supported. As a trauma-informed, social justice-oriented therapist, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you can explore life’s challenges, rediscover your self-worth, and develop healthy coping strategies to move toward a stronger, more grounded version of yourself. I work with individuals from all walks of life, including neurodivergent individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other cognitive differences. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to meet your unique needs. Together, we'll build emotional regulation, grounding skills, and self-awareness—honoring your individuality every step of the way.
