Related issues include anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, difficulties with emotional regulation, and stress management. I primarily utilize attachment-based EMDR therapy. I stress creating balance in your life as a means of promoting improved quality of life, purpose and meaning, healthier relationships, and increased self-compassion. I encourage clients to learn how to take back control of their lives by managing life stressors in more effective ways.
