Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual, couple, or family you will be provided with a safe, non-judgmental place to explore and gain insight/skills to live your best life. I am honored to work collaboratively with you from a holistic/strengths/relationship based approach. I have a special interest in the parent-child relationship as this can be one of the most challenging relationships, but the most satisfying.
