I work with people who are tired of living in their head, emotionally overwhelmed and stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll focus on what’s holding you back and work through it using both conversation and gentle, body-based tools that help your nervous system settle, so you can feel more grounded and at ease. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming.
