Life brings big emotions, transitions, and moments that feel overwhelming or uncertain. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I believe that regardless of age, you are the expert on your own experiences. My goal is to offer a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we build confidence, resilience, and practical tools for navigating everyday life. Starting therapy can feel awkward or uncomfortable, especially when you’re unsure what to expect.
