As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and Certified School Counselor, I have over 25 years of experience in the counseling field. I utilize many approaches to counseling, depending on the individual and situation, especially CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. On a personal note, I have been married to my husband for 25 years, and we have three teenaged children: 2 girls and a boy.
